The accuracy of the roller can reach the national standard level 1, the roundness of the roller can reach 0.002mm, the taper can reach 0.002mm, the coaxiality (wall thickness tolerance) can reach 0.06mm, and the convexity deviation of each measuring point can be controlled within ±0.001mm. The ball base surface runout is within 0.004mm, and the ball base surface SR deviation can be controlled within 1%.
1.What material are rollers made of?
Small rollers are generally produced by GCr15, Medium rollers are produced by GCr15SiMn, and large rollers are produced by G20Cr2Ni4A.

Introduction of Cylindrical Rollers:
CHG self-produced large-scale high-end tapered rollers and cylindrical rollers have an accuracy of level 1 of the national standard; the size range is φ20~φ120mm. The bus bar of the cylindrical and tapered rollers has realized a logarithmic curve, and the deviation of the crown value of each measurement point is controlled within ±0.001mm Within, it can be used under various harsh working conditions.
Cylindrical rollers and tapered rollers are mainly used in wind power main shaft bearings, high-end rolling mill bearings and other fields.
Processing process of bearing rollers as follows:
Tapered rollers are blanked using a cold heading process (in view of their rough overall shape). Several subsequent operations, including specialized grinding, will produce parts with close tolerances. Bearing-grade chromium steel is usually selected as the material because of its wide availability and high mechanical properties (tensile strength, hardness, wear resistance).
